Heartburn can triggers many people, so be careful and always think how your body feels everytime. Dr. Frank McGeorge, M.D says that we can avoid the heartburn with eat some foods. There are many foods to avoid which are less tempting than when you supply save food on your kitchen cabinet.
 From the bottom of food pyramid, the heartburn friendly is grains. If we want to eat the grains, please always choose the whole grains. That is the general rule because it has over more process white starchies. Next, we can eat pasta because it easy on a digestive system.we can eat it with tomatoe cream or cheese. Beans, peas, and lentils are foods that have vegetable protein, vitamin, minerals, calcium, iron, and excellent fiber. They are so good for preventing the heartburn.
The next foods are some oil such as walnut, peanut, or canola oil. It is better to use oil sparingly. The advantages of these oil are for cooking oil spray, cutting extra fat, reducing pan stick, and adding flavour. Do not forget to keep cleaning oil spring in your cup board. It can mantain the desease if you do not do it. Cider, and rice vinegar can give flavour to the food. Do not use them on the big amounts. If you want to use mastard, please use the small amounts on try testing. Dried ingredients and certain herbs are also natural foods. The example of dried ingredients are onion and garlic.
